Use Locks & Tags to disable equipment prior to maintenance, cleaning, or inspection. Lockout tags allow you to identify everyone working on the line.
We offer OSHA safety tags, safety inspection tags, ladder and scaffold tags as well as standard lockout tags.
Our lockout tags are available in .010, .040 and .080 gauge heavy duty polystyrene as well as aluminum. We offer an optional dry-erase coating for re-use. Each tag has a strong brass grommet which accepts post lock shanks.
Standard tag size is 3.75"x 6.5", but we can make any size tag required.
